Update on the Groundbreaking Heart Disease Study!

Share

Nurse2This is an update on the groundbreaking heart disease study that occurred at the High Desert Heart Institute located in Victorville, California.  The participants were patients who were in the Congestive Heart Failure Unit.  Each participant was “at the maximum of pharmacological and medical management.”  Although the results have not yet been published, the following 18 minute interview with Dan SwinDell is remarkable.  In it he talks about how this groundbreaking study came about, how medically challenged the participants were, the exact protocol used for taking ProArgi-9 Plus, and some general trending statements about the results of the study.

I found it extremely interesting that Dr. Siva Arunasalam, the Founder and Director of the High Desert Heart Institute, is now using a ProArgi-9 Plus protocol in treating patients at the institute.  As new information is released about this study, I will make sure that the readers of this blog will get the full details.

If you’re interested in how effective this clinical study was then listen to Angelo Cici’s testimony and how this clinical study saved his life!

Would you happen to know if it is’s safe to lift weights while attempting to lose weight? I have made it my new years resolution so I’m trying to stick with it.

  • HI Richie – As long as you’ve check with a qualified health professional before you start exercising. If they have given you the OK then it is certainly safe to lift weights while attempting to lose weight. There are a couple of things to remember about this process. Adding muscle tissue to your frame will help improve your metabolism and the total number of calories your body will burn at rest and throughout the day. This will help drive a fat loss program. Notice I said “fat loss program” and not a weight loss program. If you are weight training and adding muscle tissue you may not see as many pounds come off of the scale since muscle weight is being added as you lose fat weight. But your percentage body fat ratio will improve and that is the more important number. Here is an URL to my other website http://www.Aging-No-More.com that has an articled entitled “Fat Burning Exercises for Losing Weight!” that I think would be helpful to you: http://www.aging-no-more.com/fat-burning-exercises.html

Combining your weight training with aerobic exercise in a circuit training program would maximize your goal of loosing weight while toning up. I hope this information helps. Dan
